Entering the coupon code: To receive the savings indicated by a particular coupon code, place the code in the coupon code
box in the fourth step of the checkout process ("Payment"), illustrated below. If the coupon code is a dollar off or percent off coupon, place it in the Promotional Code box. If the
coupon is a free shipping coupon, then place it in the Shipping Coupon box. After placing the code in the appropriate box, click the "Apply Code" button to apply the coupon to your order. Please note that
ChildrensPlace.com reserves the right to remove any coupon before the expiration date stated above. When this happens, an error message indicating an invalid coupon code
will appear after clicking the "Apply Code" button.
If the coupon has been accepted, a message will appear directly above the Billing Address section and the discount will be displayed in the order summary. Make sure that the discount is displayed,
as illustrated below, before completing your order. If the discount is not displayed, then the coupon has not been applied to your order. Note that unlike other retailers,
a separate "Coupon" line does not appear in the order summary. Instead, a new column appears which is entitled "Each After Discount". As a result, it is important to note that this
new column appears and that the discount message above the Billing Address also appears when verifying if the coupon code has been applied to your order.
If the discount is not displayed:
- Make sure that the coupon code has been entered correctly. Since the Children's Place coupon codes can be quite long, and are often case-sensitive, we recommend that you copy the code
from above and paste it in the promotional code box on the Children's Place website.
- Make sure that the order total before taxes and shipping (if applicable) exceeds the minimum amount specified on the coupon.
- If you still encounter problems, it is possible that
one or more items in your cart is not eligible for the coupon discount, as detailed in the Coupon Restrictions section below.
