Entering the coupon code: To receive the savings indicated by a particular coupon code, place the code in the coupon code
box in your cart, illustrated below.
After placing the code in the box, click the "Apply" button to verify the discount, expiration date, and information about the coupon. Please note that
Office Depot reserves the right to remove any coupon before the expiration date stated above. When this happens, an error message will appear after clicking the "Apply" button.
Upon proceeding to checkout, make sure that the discount is displayed, as illustrated below, before completing your order. If the discount is not displayed, then the coupon has not been applied to your order.
If the discount is not displayed:
- Make sure that the coupon code has been entered correctly. Since coupon codes can be quite long, we recommend that you copy the code
from above and paste it in the coupon code box on the Office Depot website.
- Make sure that the order total before taxes and shipping (if applicable) exceeds the minimum amount specified on the coupon.
- If you still encounter problems, it is possible that
one or more items in your cart is not eligible for the coupon discount, as detailed in the Coupon Restrictions section below.

Services, Global Customized Chairs, postage, gift cards, or products purchased
from the Office Depot Print Center, Cellmania Wireless Center, or the Office
Depot Website Design Center. Offers are also not valid for contract customers with a store
