Entering the coupon code: To receive the savings indicated by a particular coupon code, place the code in the coupon code
box in the second step of the checkout process, illustrated below. After placing the code in the box, click the "Continue Check Out" button to proceed to the payment portion
of checkout. Please note that
Shoeline reserves the right to remove any coupon before the expiration date stated above. When this happens, an error message indicating an invalid or expired coupon code
will appear after clicking the "Continue Check Out" button.
If the coupon has been accepted, the discount should be displayed in step 3 of checkout (payment). Upon arriving at the payment page, make sure that the discount is displayed,
as illustrated below, before completing your order. If the discount is not displayed, then the coupon has not been applied to your order.
If the discount is not displayed:
- Make sure that the coupon code has been entered correctly. Since the coupon codes can be quite long, and are often case-sensitive, we recommend that you copy the code
from above and paste it in the coupon code box on the Shoeline website.
- Make sure that the order total before taxes and shipping (if applicable) exceeds the minimum amount specified on the coupon.
- If you still encounter problems, it is possible that
one or more items in your cart is not eligible for the coupon discount, as detailed in the Coupon Restrictions section below.
