Entering the coupon code: To receive the savings indicated by a particular coupon code, place the code in the promo code
box in your cart, illustrated below. After placing the code in the box, click the "Submit" button to apply the coupon to your order. Please note that
Shoes.com reserves the right to remove any coupon before the expiration date stated above. When this happens, the message "We're sorry, the promo code you entered cannot be found in our records. If you believe the code is valid, please check the spelling and re-enter it." will appear.
If the coupon has been accepted, the discount will be immediately displayed in your cart. Make sure that the discount is displayed,
as illustrated below, before completing your order. If the discount is not displayed, then the coupon has not been applied to your order.
If the discount is not displayed:
- Make sure that the coupon code has been entered correctly. Since the coupon codes can be quite long, and are often case-sensitive, we recommend that you copy the code
from above and paste it in the coupon code box on the Shoes.com website. Please make sure that there are no additional spaces either before
or after the code.
- Make sure that the order total exceeds the minimum amount specified on the coupon.
- If you still encounter problems, it is possible that
one or more items in your cart is not eligible for the coupon discount, as detailed in the Coupon Restrictions section below.
